Hi,
Use caste. Customer calls/emails Customer Service and says something is wrong with his voucher 'xpto123'
- We have to use SQL to find out which discount it is associated to
- Non-techy customers are screwed because they would offload it to us OR go into the each list, page and manually search
Solutions:
- Have a search in Vouchers that searches within all voucher lists
Potentially a search within each voucher list - Tell customers to learn SQL
- Develop Data List for customers to go in easilly search
I prefer option 1 :P
