For now, the RSS module can publish RSS Feed from Pages, News, Acitivities and Products. Why not include the Weblogs Blogs as well?
The Weblog module publishes it's own RSS Feed, like on this talented young man's blog;): http://developer.dynamicweb.dk/default.aspx?id=16918&action=ListArticles&BlogID=3
Or am I missing the point of your suggestion?
