In these days with proper setup of SPF records and also allowing a smooth flow of replying e-mails sent from dynamicweb.
We see it very urgent to implement a reply-to field on the form-module-settings which can "Get E-mail from field" instead of the sender-field.
Please consider!

Yes of course - eventhough your screendump looks like the old forms module :-).
I've added the feature om Forms for editors to 9.2, TFS#30567, available with the next hotfix.
