Rebuild index with scheduled tasks

Hi Dynamicweb.

 

I think it would be great to have an option in the scheduled tasks where we could schedule a rebuild of indexes in the database.

You can use the tasks in repositories to do so, see dumps

Yes, but I meant indexes in the database - sorry :-)

Oh. I think that is a DBA job and should be setup on the SQL-Server...

I agree, but often it is hard to get this done in a shared environment. Some times it is easier just to be dbowner and then the functionality already exists in DW, so it could make sense to have this scheduled.
