Pasting text in item text fileds can give error

If the end user pastes text in an item text field and the text contains a (hidden)   (numb space) it gives an error displaying the item.

DW should strip this away so this kind of errors does not occur.

Hi Per

We have previously done things like stripping markup we did not want, and it was causing many issues for those pasting something they wanted. So in general we do not want to implement that kind of secret clean ups.

What kind of error does   give you?

The error is that the whole item is not displayin at all. The field type is large text (with no editor).

The past week two separate customers has had the same error in two different items when pasting text to the text field.
