Option to Disable Order List Add-in in Live Integration for Enhanced Performance

Description:
We propose an enhancement for Dynamicweb's Live Integration, specifically to make the Order List add-in optional via a global configuration settings. This request is based on observed performance issues where enabling the Live Integration plugin significantly slows down the orders page loading time.
We have a customer with a very high number of orders (80.000+) and they are very sensitive to performance as they are repeatedly looking up orders.

Key Points:

  • Disabling Live Integration leads to a notable improvement in the loading speed of the orders page.
  • The 'Transfer to ERP' button, part of the Live Integration add-in, is known to contribute to the delay.
  • Making this add-in optional in the Order list would allow users who do not require this feature to enhance their page loading speed significally.

Keeping the button on the Order Detail page is required.

Hi Hreinn

We will look into if there is a bug in this relation - should not cause a performance problem.

Note: this is related to this post: https://doc.dynamicweb.com/forum/ecommerce-standard-features/ecommerce-standard-features/database-with-many-orders-leads-to-slow-responses

Before the fix, all 100K + orders would be retrieved. After the fix only the current page of orders. But that still can take 20+ seconds or so to load (with no indication it's loading). Turning off LI makes this go almost instantly and the same when we delete the LI RibbonBar DLL.

Hi Imar,
couldn't reproduce this issue using the latest versions of Dynamicweb 9 and Live integration.
So 200 of orders were loaded just fine in the Ecommerce, do you have the solution url where this is reproduced?
Maybe the ERP is not responding or responds too slow?
