noindex nofollow

Hi,

There have been cases were development websites (*.dev.dynamicweb.pt) get indexed by Search engines. It there a way to block these events? If not, what about developing a "noindex nofollow" checkbox somewhere, to prevent indexing on a certain area?

For development pages/subpages, could be a good idea to also be able to do this on a page level, editing the page properties.

Best Regards,

Nuno

Make the feature available on the module Language/Area instead. That will make it useful.

Hi Nicolai,

Of course... I had missed that. Still, placing a validation in the Language/Area would be nice, and also have some sort of blocking index searching to some pages, like the "Show in searches" feature. Have one checkbox to the search module and another for search engines.

It has happened before for clients to have been developing a certain amount of data, and that information would show up in search engines.

Nuno
