Make default login template selectable

Hi Dw,

 

I would very much like to have the default login template for a website selectable as it now seems to be hardcode.

This has been registered as a bug in our system.

We will default new pages to use "Nothing selected" in login template.

This will make them fallback to use the login template set on the website.
