I think we need to add something more on the rules in the Loyalty area to really being creative and make some useful things.
if DW could do it more like on the "Personalization - Recognition Rules" and make it possible for us developes to extend those rules we could make something really amazing.
DW could make some of those imbedded actions that could happen inside the platform, like newsletter sign up, write a product review, complete profile, view specific page and so on.. And then make it possible for developers to extend those rules with more specific rules/actions like "Share on Facebook earn x points" or something else outside the Dynamicweb platform.
