We have received a request that seems to make sense, especially for B2B scenarios. Meaning that our customer asked to assign loyalty points to a customer number and make those points available to any user that has that customer number.
This is especially useful when a company has multiple users placing orders for the same CustomerNumber. It makes sense that the rewards would be available for the customer number and not just for the user that placed the order.
I believe the change is to be made on the way we display the available points for a user as the assignment can still be made on the user as it is now.
If there is already a way to do that in the current versions, please let me know as I did not find it in the documentation.
