 Is there any reason why the list with global elements has a page size of only 5?

It is driving me insane having to switch pages thousands of times.

No - that is an error. It used to be 20, but for some reason changed to 5.

Just changed it back, so with next release, service or hotfix, it will be changed to 20 again.
