Force SSL on website

Hi,

Would be nice to be able to force SSL on the website level. Basically the same settings we have on page properties, but the "default" for the entire website.

If we could control full SSL websites from the websites, instead of having to set up in the IIS would be nice.

Hi Nuno,

We have decided not to implement this feature as standard - you can force it in your template if you like.

Hi Asger,

How would we force it on the template? Through javascript? That returns duplicate indexation in Google. The only option we can find is IIS, unless there's some hidden feature/tag in templates.

Yes, Javascript or Razor template.

And Google hires thousands of the most well educated and clever people in the entire word - of course they will not double index your content because it exists on https and http.

Hi Nicolai,

Acutally I am forced to disagreed on double indexing. Webmaster tools for both websites tend to differ. They are smart, but bot's do not process the js, indexing http still happens.

Nevertheless, Razor may be the solution being server-side rendered. Thanks.
