Create groups/categories dynamically

Hi,

 

Would be great if we could creat user groups or newsletter categories dynamically according to some criteria, for example:

 

Users that belong to "Extranet eCom Shoppers" group AND

Users registered between 1 Jan 2012 and 30 June 2012 AND

(User eComOrders > 5 OR User eComPurchaseAmount > 1000)

 

With that we could create a special discount (or voucher) and send a communication (newsletter) specifically for them.
