Area specific variables

I'm not sure I posted this before, but I need it on a regular basis.

Area specific variables to hold: eg. search result page Id, login page id, and a lot of other stuff that can vary from area to area..

 

And If anyone knows a loophole here, I'm all ears ..

Hi,

I try to use the translate tag to get this done, but of course, it only works if you have language specific areas. If it's all in the same language, I am forced to use either specific templates ou javascript arrays.

Would be a good feature, even having some custom page fields.
