What's the RMA event for an e-mail after a customer has submitted an RMA

Hi there,

I would like to be notified when a customer submits a new RMA through the Management Center. I set up a notifiction for RMA Created but that doesn't send me an e-mail. Other events seem to work fine. Is this the correct event to subscribe to?

Hi Imar,

Are you working on a multilingual shop? Maybe you are missing some translations in Management Center?

  1. Make sure the event "RMA Created" is available in your ecom language...
    Management Center > Ecommerce > RMAs > Events
     
  2. Make sure a notification has been created for "RMA Created" in your ecom language...
    Management Center > Ecommerce > RMAs > Email Configuration

Thanks for you reply. I believe I have done all that (other notifications are working fine) but I'll retest.
