translate email subject for orderstates

We have a webshop with one webshop in three languages, and we use the same email templates for all three languages in the orderstate. But I can´t figure out how to translate the mail subject. Is that not possible? We don´t want to have three language version for the different orderstates.

Is it not possible to translate the email subject for orderstates

Ok, does that mean that we have to have one orderstate for each language (ie. 3 of each)?

You can do that. But you can only attach one orderflow to each shop. So only if your orders go into different shops, you can fix it like that.

But we can create as many orderstates as we wish. So in the same cart, and same shop - we can have orderstates with different languages in subject, right?

not elegant, bot it will work, right?
