Statistics - Turnover date interval

I'm looking at the orders turnover and when i set a date interval i get results that don't belong to that interval. Is this a bug or am i missunderstanding how this should work?

DW version 9.9.6

Hi,

Per the screens, your solution seems to be deployed on server uses US culture - the format of date has M/DD/YYYY), so it may cause the issue on the old admin version. The reports were made over on DW9.10, so try to use last version DW9.10 first of all. I've checked site  uses by DW US team and based on 9.10.10 novadays. I assume it's hosted on server has the culture as well. I was not able to catch the issue there.
