Shipping Method and Payment Method Not Working in 9.5.3

Hi

I created one shipping method and set Fee $10. And also created payment method (PayPal).
What I found is that if I setup shipping fee, I can't make an order.
If I set shipping fee 0, I can make an order.
Please help me to check what is the problem?

Hi Tin Ma Ma,

First of all I have enabled cart logging - it was disabled from Settings -> System -> Solution settings under section "LOGGING". After enabling the log: if you try and complete a new order with shipping fee, the error should be revealed by entering the order details in administration, and then by clicking "Log" from the upper button panel.

Try with a new order, and let me know if the log information is helpful enough.

Hi Morten,

Thank you for your advice.
I tried with a new order with shipping fee. I can see the log file now.
The order was passed to Checkout Handler but I think payment process is not working.
Please help me to check what is the problem.

Try and log into the administration of the payment provider to see if any errors have been logged there, and let me have a comment.
