Shipping Fee rules not applied correctly according to weight

Hi,

I have a customer who is experiencing some problems with the shipping fee rules. Basically, if the order (in the database i assume) of the fee rules are this:

Then the last rule is always applied regardless of the weight.

However if the order is this:

Then the last rule is applied if the weight is over 5.

Is this how the rules are inteded to work?

Hi,

The issue seems to be reproduced if weight is zero in a rule. I've created new DewOps Bug 2009 to research and fix the issue. As workaround, you can fill some small value like '0.01' in second rule instead of zero. Thanks for observing.
