Hi,
Is it possible to send out emails, order confirmations to be excact, with an option for the customer to view the email as plain text ?
It should, preferably, be send out with the original design and content formatting if possible. This is why i need an option like a small link like "View as plain text".
It may seem like a strange solution, but i have 15-25% of the emails beeing rejected by customers filters and i´ve been advised to use the above solution by some engineer at One.com.
Please help.
