See variant name instead of ID in price matrix

Hi there,

I have prices in the price matrix for products with variants. When I open the matrix, I see the variant IDs. How do I change that to display the name instead? Without the name it's hard to see which variant is which:

Shouldn't that display the name by default instead of the ID?

Imar what you ask have valid point,

But some customers not maintain different name varient vise, in that case if we display varient name, we can not identify anything

as example this kind of case they will never maintain the name differently

For extended variants, it could show the variant-specific name. And for simple variants, couldn't the above show Black - 36 instead of VO123.VO456?

Ping. Anyhone from the core team? How can customers manage the variants prices if all they see is the ID?
