Searching / Indexing frozen.
Hi,
Someone have any idea why I'm having the Indexing frozen sometimes?
The indexing is scheduled to work every day after the integration, but, sometimes I see in management center they are frozen.

I'm using 8.6.1.21

Hi George

What does Frozen mean? Does it not count, or does it count slowly? What do the logfiles say?

I'm having the Indexing frozen sometimes... looks like running but is not running, like was locked by another process, but how to find this...
The indexing is scheduled to work every day after the integration, but just sometimes I see in management center they are like frozen.
 
Yesterday the indexing was showing they are running but was not running:

Then I refreshed the IIS (refresh the application pool) to left this process... after is show OK

But I looked into the log, it's like was not running

Are the products indexed or not? It seems like the index is done building, right?

Hm. What did the log files say, and do you have any things in the event viewer that needs attention?

I didn't found logs for this...

in System/Log/ScheduleTasks/ Nothing for this date

They have another path ?
