Relevance of results of FreeTextSearch

Hi,

Are there any good practices to affect the result of a FreeTextSearch. I would like to do someting to improve relevance in the results of a freetextsearch. 

If I for instance search for "paper" I get products that don't have the word in the title before products that does.

Example: http://www.magnusson-freij.se/e-handel.aspx?ID=2&FreeTextSearch=papper
