Recurring orders and updated prices

Hi there,

Which prices are taking into an account when a recurring order / subscription is created? The original price at the time of purchase or the current price at the time the recurring order is created? In the latter case, will the order go through all normal stages including live prices and order calculation?

Hi Imar,

We calculate the current price.
When recurring orders are processed we create a copy of the original order and recalculate all prices, discounts and taxes.
Your price provider should be triggered when that occurs.

Are you experiencing any issues?

Nope, not that I am aware of. Just answering a question for a customer using subscriptions.
