Quickpay capture from eCom admin

Hi,

What are the guidelines for setting up eCom so quickpay capturing is possible?

I have 2 solutions with similar settings. On the first solution capturing works fine but on the second every attempt to capture fails.
Obviously I must be missing something.. :)

What error do you get?
May be you just don't set your Quickpay account up to allow capture from the IP address of  the second solution?

I second that :)
Is the QuickPay account one that Dynamicweb Support has created? In that case, I can add the appropiate IP's to the QuickPay API.
