Hello,

Importing 3 products with productnumber and productid as 1922181, 1922190 and 2271109, Productnumber is key

Now create a family with 1922181 as master

Next time integration run, it creates 1922190 and 2271109 as two new products.

using EcomProvider and DW10

Hi Kim,

Creating a family should not cause the products to be duplicated, but I notice that you say importing 3 products. Could the import have been running after you have combined the products into a family?
 

When a product is combined in a family the ProductIds after updated, so they are the same for all the products in the family. If you then have an import job, that uses the ProductId as key, then it will detect that the products no longer exist and is therefore created once again. The correct setup on a setup where you use combine is to set the ProductNumber as the key in the import job, because then it will still be able to find the products after they have been combined into a family.

I checked and number is key, but integration still create 2 new products for 1922190 and 2271109. Its like the EcomProvider ignore the variants
