Product index builder fatal error

Hi,

We are not sure what has happened but the product.index has started to fail. We have tried to delete it, rerun and so on but with no luck.

 

The log error states.

 2022-09-05 14:59:13.251: Product index builder experienced a fatal error.. System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: values    at System.String.Join(String separator, IEnumerable`1 values)    at Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.Indexing.ProductIndexBuilder.LoadPrimaryDetailImages(SqlConnection connection, Tracker tracker)    at Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.Indexing.ProductIndexBuilder.Build(IIndexWriter writer, Tracker tracker)

Any input?

Hi,

Build action in index builder of the index seems to have been changed from 'Full' to 'UpdateWithIds' should be used for index update by system only, please refer to manual for details.
