Hi,

I would like to change the product URL  "https://twg-uat.dynamicwebapac.com/gifts/gift-hampers/1837-hamper" to "https://twg-uat.dynamicwebapac.com/gifts/1837-hamper".
May I know where can I change and how can I change?

You cannot because of the way you build the page structure (you are not using ecommerce groups, but pages with a product group on it).

You can get rid of /gifts/ so it becomes https://twg-uat.dynamicwebapac.com/gift-hampers/1837-hamper by removing the include in subpage urls in the page setting.

In 9.7 using the new URL providers for ecommerce, you can do this.
