Product category field value when empty value

Hi, 

We have multiple product category fields with different datatypes like double and integer.

For example:

I have a value like this: 

But i dont want it anymore so i remove the value to blank and saves, then it get 0 as value.

 

And now on the site it shows as 0 but i dont want it to be 0, i want it to be empty so it does not show on the site. We have a check on the site to only present fields with value in it.

How can i fix it?

Hi Andreas, 

Try to use the field-button "Restore", that would clear the value in that Field.

Also check, if an Value are set in field on above Group(s), because this is a Field-default-value, and that would be inherit to products below
