I configured for 'Product Reservation' to reserve the product when it is added to cart.
After I configured for product reservation, the system does not allow to add the quantity which is more than the available stock anymore.
Currently on the website, if the user clicks 'Add to Cart' on the item with quantity which is more than its available stock, then 'Add to Cart' button can be clickable and it shows loading on the button as like the item is added to cart but it actually does not add anything to the cart. I have checked the same on my local standard rapido site and it works the same ways
Could you all please advise if the above behavior of 'Add to Cart' is how the system actually behaves in standard when we use 'Product Reservation' or not?
If yes, it can be confused for the user as the user cannot know the actual reason of not adding the items to the cart and it seems like 'Add to Cart' is not working properly.
Therefore, could you please advise is there any ways to show some message or pop up upon clicking add to cart for this case with standard configuration so that the customer knows the reason and to make more user-friendly?
