Print Template Shows Error

Hi All,

In Ecommerce > Orders > Edit Order > Print , show the error message (attached image is for your reference).

May I know what could be the problem showing the error message?

Hi,

Firs of all, ensure that your solution has PrintOrder.html in Templates/Ecom7/Order - it is base template provided with Files (e.g. can be deployed via wizard). The template is used as default if you perform order print for an order outputs on selecting Orders top node. You can also set default template will be used for printing of order related specific shop(order node under Orders) in the shop settings (Settings-Ecommerce-Product catalog-Shop). Please, find attachment for details. I have tested the feature on last DW9.7.0 and had not issue - order preview works properly on starting or selecting a template in the form drop-down.

Hi,

Thank you for reply.

Actually, I am using application 9.6.18 and only one order faces that error. The other orders are fine.
I woud like to know the possible root causes to show that error message.
