Print Order template dropdown

Hi All, 

When right click on the order to print the order, select print invoice template and then close the screen and right click again, the print invoice template was default selected but screen is blank instead of showing the invoice of the order as per the selected template. 
Can you please advise regarding this?

That is a very old solution - not sure I can advice. Upgrade is the way to go and there seem to be a workaround to use.

If the problem is still present in Dynamicweb 9 we will of course fix it.

Hi Nyein

Not sure I understand what you mean by advice. If it is a bug, it will be solved on 9.6. I have sent it to QA for verification.

Hi all,

Currently the preview from top Orders list uses default PrintOrder.html tempate should be placed to Templates/Ecom7/Order. Default template can be applied in shop settings as well if you perform Print from Orders-a shop list. As I see in the video, the template probably is empty (3kb), so no preview done initially. But one issue exists anyway - a template selected with drop-down in Template section is not rendered on re-print. I've created new bug - TFS 63964 will be fixed on further DW96 hotfix/DW97 release. Thanks.

Hi Nyein

The problem regarding TFS#63964 "Selected template not rendered for order preview" has now been resolved in Dynamicweb version 9.6.7

To upgrade please choose this version from download:

http://doc.dynamicweb.com/releases-and-downloads/releases
