Primary groups with several shops

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible for a product to have one primary group per shop. From what I can see it doesn't seem possible, but it would make sense : if I have 2 different websites with 2 different shops which have some products in common, these products would have a primary group relative to the shop they are in.

No, that is not possible. A group can also be in multiple shops, and it will be against the nature of the feature to be able to have more than one.

Alright, thanks. How does it work for the canonical url in this case ? If I have 2 shops which share some products in different groups, there should be one per website. Is there a default way of managing that or do I need a custom solution ?
