Prices in Product Options (in Ribbon bar)

Hi all,

 

I would like to set up different prices for different individual users or groups.

Setting : Product Options > Prices.

 

Some products can configure the price.

But some are not,  + New Price button is disabled. Kindly see the attached image.

 

May I know why it is happening and how do I fix that?

Hi May Thaw,

I have just looked in the code, and it seems like the 'New Price' button is disabled, if we are not able to find the master product (empty VariantId) matching the selected language in the database.

So have you switched language between visiting the different products? If not try to check if the product actually exists in the selected language (this information should also be shown in the ProductEdit page)

Hi Steffen,

 

 

I don't switch the language and only have default languate. 

In that default language, some products can able to add the new price but some can't.

When I analyze overall products, the disable New Price button is only occurring for the product in the 'Copy & Laser' manufacture.
