Price to Recalculate after Edit the Order Via Backend

Dear Sir,

At first, I have an order with 6 products and the total order amount was $500. But one of the product in that order was out of stock so I was removed that item from the cart.

After remove the total order amount should be $400. But now it keep on showing $300.

                                          Product Price                               Discount

First time calculation >> (140+140+160+200+160+200) - (70+70+80+100+80+100)  = 500

After edit calculation >> (140+140+160+200+160) - (70+70+80+100+80) = 400 

 

Please advice me ASAP.

Do you use integratio to calculate prices?

Hi Sir,

 

No!

Product price was coming from Business Central via batch job but discount was created in DW itself. Also we don't have live integration setup in this website.

Then we have to have someone look into it. You can give us a url and an ordernumber or contact the service desk to let them investigate.

My guess is that either something custom is running or something else is going on.

Come to think of it - did you edit the order from the backend after it was made?

Yes! We did edit that order after issue faced for troubleshooting. 

I will send the url detail to the customer support (support@dynamicweb.dk)

ok - when you edit orders with discounts, you also have to manually remove the discounts for that orderline. All of them has a small red cross.

Sorry - cannot reproduce this.

What version is this?

I guess you need to get those totals fixed?

You have to run a SQL on the EcomOrder table and update the values of these fields:

[OrderPriceWithVAT]
[OrderPriceWithoutVAT]
[OrderPriceVAT]
[OrderPriceVATPercent]

[OrderPriceBeforeFeesWithVAT]
[OrderPriceBeforeFeesWithoutVAT]
[OrderPriceBeforeFeesVAT]
[OrderPriceBeforeFeesVATPercent]
