Paymentmethod Handelsbanken

Hi.

We're using DIBS for our payment methods.
Both we and our customer has been told that there is support for "Handelsbanken Faktura"(Handelsbanken Invoice).
I tried adding a payment method with "Handelsbanken Finans" and added our DIBS credentials, but for some reason it doesnt work when we get to the payment window. For other paymentmethods, in this case VISA and Mastercard, it works fine with our DIBS credentials.

Am i using the right settings for using Handelsbanken Invoice? 
Is there some other option in the payment methods that i should be using?

Hi,

Did you contact DIBS support so that the method is activated on your DIBS account?

Most of the DIBS cards/invoices needs to get activated by DIBS support on the specific DIBS accounts.

 

If you have contacted DIBS and the paytype is activated for the used account, and if you still get an error, then please write what error message you get when you are sent to the DIBS window.

Contact DIBS support and give them your merchant number where Handelsbanken should be available:

Hi,

I have contacted DIBS support and we are trying to find out why that message appear, but I get 1 question per day from them...
I'll write as soon I get an answer.

Hi,

I have found out that DIBS has changed the paytype parameter for "Handelsbanken Finans test". We now implement the new parameter in the DW software and it'll be released in an upcoming hot fix when it's  implemented and tested. Bugged in 15955.

Hi,

I'm sorry for the delayed answer.

The fix is in 8.5.1 (released the 28/10) and in 8.4.1.22 (released today).

Hi.

No problem. 

I upgraded the solution to 8.5.1 and tried using "Handelsbanken Faktura(Invoice)" again, but then i got another errormessage(see attached screendump).

Hi,

Are you testing on a solution with a public IP?

Are you using SEK as currency?

 

I have tested on 8.4.1.22 again with these test informations:

Update: The latest issue was not related to DW but the NAV integration setup.
