OrderShippingProviderData is NULL

Hi, we use DW Shipmondo provider together with a live integration to an ERP system. Quite often (3-4 out of 10), OrderShippingProviderData is null, and therefore our order cannot be sent to Shipmondo.

Has anyone experienced this? It might be a rare combination of a live integration and the Shipmondo provider.

Hi Kim,
could you check your Live integration setup if the option "ERP controls shipping calculations"  is not checked/active?
Also you could check the actual log file content of the Live orders requests/responses in the Live integration log file located in the Files\System\Log\LiveIntegration folder.
Maybe some errors are ocurring so the orders are not processed. Do you use our Plugin Unit connected to D365BC or some other/custom ERP integration?

ERP controls shipping calculations is not checked, we use Plugin Unit connected to NAV

Okay, I check the log to see if there is more info

No errors in the log, the order looks fine except for the OrderShippingProviderData is null

The customer says everything has been working for the last 6 days so let's close this one for now.

We are unfortunately still experiencing this error. There was just a brief pause, but it still occurs 2–3 times out of 10 where it is null and therefore cannot be sent to Shipmondo.

If you have any idea what we should look into, I would greatly appreciate it.
