Order Discount (inclusive) bug?

Hi,

 

We are running into an issue with Order Discount (inclusive) discounts in 9.2.9 and there appears to be a bug.

Not sure why, but the discount amount changes at some point (not sure why or how, as it's always when I get into that particular step in this checkout):

  • The amount is accurate prior to getting there
  • If I go back, DW recalculates the expected price

 

In this example, the expected price is -4,83 and I don't know how we get to -5,16.

Actually looks like on that particular step is taking the discount on the taxes, but why wouldn't it take into account in all steps (ex: going back to another step

Hi Nuno

It seems like it adds the discount twice on taxes in that step. Unsure why. Will have it checked out.

The problem TFS#34719 "Taxes applied twice during checkout when used with order discounts" has been fixed in package "Dynamicweb.Ecommerce" version 1.2.12-Alpha1

You are able to find this update in the backend Package update section.

Also the correction you are able to find this build 9.2.16 in the download section:

Hi Kristian,

 

Thank you. Can you check if bug #35694 is also in 9.2.1.16? We need both of these fixes for the same customer. Although we can update now and show them one of the bugs is fixed, without the other, it's just half-a-fix from their POV

Hi Kristian,

 

I tested this bug, and although I now have a consistent value in all steps, there are no differences betweem Order Discounts Inclusive and Exclusive. 

Am I missing something?
