Is there a way to exclude products or product groups from shipping fees?

The shipping fee is €11 for normal products.
If the orde value is over €100 shipping is for free.

Normal product price in the shop is round €60-120.

But there is some products that just costs €2.

Spare parts to the other products in the shop.
Those products usually sells one and one.

Is there a way to remove the shipping fee when a singel product in the basket?
Or is there an other way to do it or approach it?
