Multiple categories with the same name generate a 404 error on the product detail page

Hi All,

I'm having an issue when I have the same product in multiple categories with the same name. Example:

  • Category A
    • Category X -> (ProductX)
  • Category B
    • Category X -> (ProductX)

Using the following option for the URL, the front-end shows a 404 page on the product detail page:

If I change the option to "eCommerce group dash path" it works perfect, however we need to have it working with the "Ecommerce group path".

DW version: 9.12.9

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

That is a limitation in the 'old' url providers that you are using in your screen dumps.

You can use the new url providers instead - see more here: https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/platform/platform-tools/customized-urls#sideNavTitle1-5
