Mail marketing invalid e-mails

Hi, do the mail marketing continues trying to send mails to invalid e-mails on every new campaign? And by invalid I mean where the SMTP server return a error message.

And if it does, what is the best way to clean up the list, is there a log with the invalid mails?

Hi Kim

It depends on which provider you use. If you use SendGrid, Dynamicweb is able to give you a status and remove users from the list:

If you use a regular SMTP, you need to handle that manually since DW does not know it was not delivered.
