Languages are not shown in Export to Excel

Hi DynamicWeb,

When exporting a product to Excel in our client's DW9.19.3 Cloud environment, the languages are not shown. Except for English. Doing this in the Staging environment they are shown in the export to Excel. The settings for both environments are as shown below:
