Hi,

Our customer would like to implement both horizontal and vertical facets. If this is possible, what is the best way of implementing this?

This is implementation, and everything is possible.

My guess is that you are referring to Rapido - and that is not possible using configuration - you would need to change the implemenation.

That said, I would not recommend mixing this as it would be very confusing - and users do not like confusing and it will affect conversion rates.
