Impersonation and billing address

Hi there,

I'm impersonating another user and everything works fine.

If I put an item in the cart and proceed to checkout, it is my address listed as billing address, and not the impersonated users. Do I have to change it myself, to the impersonated users address or am I missing something?

Hi Kurt. 

 

Under management Center->Users, you can choose between 

* Only tag orders with impersonating user
and 
* Replace current user with impersonated user
 
It defaults to "only tag orders". 
If you wish to completly replace the current user (and thereby get the impersonated users billing address in the usual billing address tags), you can switch this setting.
However, the secondary (impersonated) users information is also available in the templates, so you should be able to show the billing address for the impersonated user if you want to, even if you are using "only tag orders".

Thanks, I wasn't aware of this setting.
I'm already using some of the impersonated users info in the templates.
