Hi,

 

I have a very odd scenario in a live website where a Group has 26 products:

 

I compared products data and the GroupProductRelation and there is nothing odd that I can find about it.

 

Has anyone ever came across this? Any hints would be appreciated.

What are you expection using the secondlevelgroups field?

Hi Nicolai,

 

The expectation is that all 26 products would have shown up with both URLs, because GROUP987 is a second level group and all 26 products have it as a group.

 

I checked and I don't see any of the usual suspects:

  • Groups only have 1 parent
  • Groups don't have illegal characters in their IDs
  • Groups don't have any weird characters in their names (AFAIK)

Hi Nicolai,

 

Any thoughts? I haven't been able to reproduce this yet and if there's nothing anyone can spot, I guess the next thing would be to get a copy of this database and get a debugger running on the index.

Hi, Oleg

Any idea when this will be fixed? The customer says they're unable to create L2 navigation items in the meantime and it's affecting their marketing capabilities. Thanks.
