Dear All,

 

Could you please someone give the suggestion about Can we able to make checkout for buying 'Gift card item only without selecting shipping address?

 

I think we can not manage the shipping method  in the 'Checkout' page, right.

Also, there is not such kind of setting in the product setting and shipping method setting.

Is there any configuration did I miss out please?
Kindly advise me.

Hi

 

You can select 'None' in 'Settings-Ecommerce-Internaization-Countries-[your coutry used for the checkeout]-Default methods-Shipping' settings, no shipping will be selected on cart frontend. Another way - deselect all shippings on cart paragraph settings (Payment&Delivery section) as well as make the shipping not available for used country(ies) in the shipping settings. Note your cart should not use validation on shipping required in these cases. Separate page with cart module has specific settings could be used, perhaps.

Besides, you can enable option 'Disable validation if all fields are empty' in an validation group if it is used in your cart module paragraph settings (e.g. to prevent address, zip etc. empty) to use shipping info not filled.
