Get notification when indexing fails

Hi there,

I have a site that regularly fails to build the index. This then leads to an empty shop in the frontend. While we're investigating the root cause, is there a way to be notified when this happens? I don't see an option like we have with scheduled tasks, so it looks there's nothing built-in. Is there a subscriber I can use?

You can set up a notification on every Build:

Thanks for that Adrian. That's too much in my case though; I'd rather be notified of errors only.
