Generate Gift Card/Voucher code on order submit

Hi Guys,

I have this scenario received from a customer:

1. Client places and order

2. System (DW) creates a VoucherCode or GiftCard as % of the order placed

3. System (DW) sends code by email to customer

4. Customer can use the VoucherCode/GiftCard on next order

Can this be accomplished with standard functionality or we need to to a custom development?

That is loyalty points - earn something on previous purchases that you can use on future purchases.

If you want to use vouchers or giftcards for this, it is cusstom.

Yes, it is. But my customer wanted to implement it differently.

I will look into Custom Dev.
