Excessive calls to EcomCustomerFavoriteProducts on product detail

Hi,

I'm experiencing a lot of DB calls to EcomCustomerFavoriteProducts on product detail even without any favorite tag on template.
Using just the VariantCombinations loop DW is performing DB calls to every variant of the product. But when I add the ProductRelatedGroups and RelatedProducts loops on the template, DW is performing calls to get the favorites settings to all variants of each related product.

Since none of the tags to favorites are on the template shouldn't DW avoid these DB calls?

Hi Mario

It comes from being logged in as a user without favorites - there is an error in the caching.

TFS#46678 out with next 9.3 and 9.4

Hi Mario

The problem regarding #46678 "Favorite lists without products are not cached causing excessive db calls when a user is logged in" has now been resolved in Dynamicweb version 9.4.3

To upgrade please choose this version from backend or download from here:

http://doc.dynamicweb.com/releases-and-downloads/releases
