Hi guys,

I have a solution where I have set these patterns:

Pretty simple patterns.

And yet, I get this yellow error when trying to list All products in PIM:

My ProductNumbers are not long but they have dots: 101.9740.09

Can this be the issue?

Hi guys,

Apparently the option "Search in subfolders" is the issue for the error. The customer has added a few subfolders under the main Images folder.

Maybe this type of error could have been handled better?

Hi guys,

Me again.

It looks like the issue is actually one of the files somewhere in the structure.

The file has a pretty long name.

Sorry for the trouble.

Indeed.

And unusual file needs.

A 170 characters long file name :)

We have instructed the customer to use shorter file names.
